What is SiteCall?

SiteCall is an AI receptionist and AI answering service for a business phone line. You get a number, a shared inbox for calls and texts, and an AI agent you instruct in plain English. For each number you choose whether your team rings first and the AI covers the calls nobody picks up, or calls are split between your team and the AI at a ratio you set.

How much does an AI receptionist cost with SiteCall?

Free Access costs $0 a month and needs no card. Bring Your Own costs $20 a month. Both include 60 AI minutes each month. Team plans are opening soon: Starter $12 a user a month, Business $24, and Contact Center $49 an agent. See pricing for what each plan covers.

What happens after the 60 included AI minutes?

On Free Access, AI answering stops for the rest of the month and you are never charged. On Bring Your Own, AI answering continues at $0.29 per minute. On team plans, opening soon, extra AI voice minutes are $0.09 each. A call already in progress is never cut off.

Can I keep my existing business number?

Yes. You can port a US number to SiteCall from Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Dialpad, Quo (OpenPhone), Google Voice, RingCentral, Twilio or another carrier. Porting is free, you can take calls on a temporary number while the port finishes, and the app walks you through what your current provider needs. Customers on Bring Your Own can instead answer on numbers from their own carrier account.

Can SiteCall send and receive text messages?

Yes. Carriers require every business that texts customers to register. New local numbers can text right away. A toll-free number starts texting once carriers verify it, and SiteCall files that verification for you from your company details.

Are calls recorded, and who handles consent?

Call recording is not live for SiteCall workspaces yet. Voicemails are recorded and transcribed. Recording laws vary by state, and some require every party's consent. As the Terms say, giving any required recording notice is the business's responsibility.

What does setup involve?

Sign up, confirm your company details, pick or port a number, and write what your agent should say and know. Your team can take calls from the browser right away.

Does SiteCall work on my phone?

Yes. SiteCall runs in the browser on desktop and phone, and you can add it to your home screen to open it like an app.

How is my data protected?

Traffic is encrypted, each workspace is isolated at the database level, and card details never touch SiteCall's servers. Security states what we do and what we do not yet claim.
