Customers are responsible for consent, calling hours, message content, recording disclosures, and all laws that apply to their communications. SiteCall may suspend abusive or unlawful traffic to protect recipients and shared carrier resources.

Text messaging

People opt in to a business's texts by texting or calling its number first, or by giving it their mobile number when they request service. Texts concern their request; message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or email support@sitecall.ai. Each number's program is described at sitecall.ai/sms/ followed by the number.
