- Is there a contract or a seat minimum?
- No. Team plans are month to month with no minimum number of seats. Annual billing is optional and lowers the price.
- What happens when the AI agent uses its included minutes?
- On Free, the agent stops answering until next month. On team plans, extra AI voice minutes are $0.09 each, all in, with no per-call fees.
- Can I keep my current number?
- Yes. Porting a US number in is free, and you can take calls on a temporary number while the port finishes.
- What does business texting cost?
- Carriers charge registration fees for business texting. On team plans we pass them through at cost and walk you through the forms.
- When can I buy a team plan?
